Thomas Rickert has almost 20 years experience in the IBM collaboration space. He is currently Executive Collaboration Architec at Axians. In this role, Thomas leads a team and overall business responsibilities for IBM's messaging and collaboration solutions, UC software and the workforce productivity portfolio especially IBM Connections and IBM Docs. Implementing modern social workplaces from a technical side and adoption methods of new enterprise solutions are key topics in his consulting activities.
